Day 1 : Cochin

Arrival Cochin and transfer to hotel. Afternoon leave on half day city tour of Cochin. Visit the St. Francis Church, India’s oldest European Church was constructed in 1503 by Portuguese; Chinese Fishing Nets, strung out along the top of Fort Cochin; Mattancherry Palace or The Dutch Palace, built by Portuguese in 1557, this palace was presented to the Raja of Cochin, Veera Kerala Verma. The palace’s alternative name, the Dutch Palace, resulted from substantial renovations by the Dutch after 1663 Palace. In evening, witness Kathakali Dance Show. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 2 : Cochin - Munnar (130 kms / 4 hrs)

Leave byroad for Munnar. On reaching Munnar transfer to hotel. Munnar – one of the most popular hill stations in southern India known for its sprawling tea gardens. Evening go for a stroll in tea gardens near your hotel. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 3 : Munnar

After breakfast proceed on a sightseeing tour to visit – the picturesque Mattupettu Dam, where you have an opportunity to go boating, you continue your tour to Echo Point. Also visit Top Station, Eravikulam Park, Anamudi etc. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 4 : Munnar - Thekkady (120 kms / 3.5 hrs)

After breakfast leave by road for Thekkady. On raeching Thekkady transfer to hotel. Thekkady – Set in the heart of the Cardamom Hills of Kerala is Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve, offering a rare opportunity to enjoy South India’s wildlife. Arrive and check in hotel. Afternoon visit spice plantations. Overnight in Thekkady.

Day 5 : Thekkady - Kumarakom (130 kms / 4 hrs)

Morning enjoy a boat safari on Periyar Lake to view the varied fauna of this region. Noon, leave by road to Kumarakom. On reaching Kumarakom transfer to Hotel. Kumarakom – a charming village on the Vembanad Lake. Overnight in Kumarakom.

Day 6 : Kumarakom

Transfer to jetty to board the HouseBoat. Cruise along the backwaters to Alleppey. The cruise takes you through backwaters and paddy fields. Reach R-block, a 3000 acres Island in the Vembanad lake which is lower than the sea. See Pathiramanal Island. Legends say that this Island emerged from the lake. Overnight on HouseBoat.

Day 7 : Alleppey - Kovalam (5 hrs)

Morning disembark at Alleppey jetty and leave by road for Kovalam. On reaching, transfer to hotel. Evening, laze around the beaches of Kovalam. The Kovalam beach is one of the best beaches in India. It’s a must see destination of India. On account of it’s natural location, if affords facilities for safe sea bath. Kovalam consists of three successive small crescent beaches; the southern most known as Lighthouse Beach, is where most of the visitors spend their time. The lighthouse on the promontory at the southern end of the beach, offers a spectacular view across to the Vizhinjam mosque. Ovrnight in Kovalam

Day 8 : Kovalam - Trivandrum

After breakfast, leave on city tour of Trivandrum. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Kovalam.

Day 9 : Kovalam - Kanyakumari

After breakfast lave by road for Kanyakumari. Evening tour of Kanyakumari. Overnight in Kanyakumari.

Day 10 : Kanyakumari - Trivandrum (3 hrs)

Leave by road for Trivandrum. On reachingTrivandrum, transfer to airport / railway station.
